Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $50 / $5-$20 on orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $22.75-$62.70
International Shipping We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipping times and rates vary by destination:

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. EU orders under €150 are typically duty-free.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shopcaliora@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
