Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $50. International shipping rates vary by region — see our [Shipping Policy] for full details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at shopcaliora@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to over 200 countries. EU customers can expect delivery within 5–14 business days depending on their region.


Products

Are Caliora products suitable for sensitive skin? Our formulas are designed with gentle, high-quality ingredients. We recommend patch testing any new product before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

How do I clean and maintain my eye massager? Wipe the interior cushion with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Avoid submerging the device in water or using harsh cleaning agents. Store it in a cool, dry space when not in use to protect the cushioning and extend the life of the device.

Is the eye massager safe to use with contact lenses or after eye surgery? We recommend removing contact lenses before use. If you've recently had eye surgery (such as LASIK or cataract surgery), please consult your doctor before using the device. The massager is designed for external use around the eye area only and should never be pressed directly against the eyes.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. EU customers have an extended 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, no questions asked.

How do I initiate a return? Email us at shopcaliora@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions within 1–2 business days.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.
